Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelors degree in political, social or administrative sciences; Master and/or PhD will be an asset
  • Full computer literacy
  • Good command of written and spoken English

 

General experience

  • Preferably 15 years but a minimum of 10 years working experience
  • Minimum 2 team leader experiences regarding social policy, employment or labour market market issues
  • Experience in EU funded project will be an asset

 

Specific experience

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in EU employment, lifelong learning and/or industry policy, preferably in EU candidate countries
  • At least 2 years of working experience on provision of technical assistance to nation-wide SME support or representative organisations (such as chambers of commerce, confederations, associations)

Key expert 2: Training Expert

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelors degree in political, social or administrative sciences; Master and/or PhD will be an asset
  • Full computer literacy
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of Turkish will be an asset

 

General experience

  • Preferably 15 years but a minimum of 10 years working experience
  • Minimum 2 experiences as a training expert

 

Specific experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in supporting SMEs in fields covered by the EUs employment and education or lifelong learning policy
  • At least 2 years of on training delivery (in particular SME training) in EU candidate countries or EU Member States
  • Experience in Turkish SMEs will be an asset

Key expert 3: Expert on SME development

Technical assistance for increasing adaptability of employers and employees to the changes in the global economy”.-Turkey

 

Qualifications and skills

  • University degree in IT;
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.

Professional experience

  • 5 years of professional experience in the secondary level VET;
  • 2 years of experience with development of e-learning methods and/or tools in the field of VET;
  • Experience in preparation and delivery of trainings is an asset.
  • Work experience in EU pre-accession countries is considered an asset.
Key expert 4: Information and Technology Expert Technical assistance for increasing adaptability of employers and employees to the changes in the global economy”.-Turkey

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Computer or Electrics/Electronic Engineering or an IT related field
  • Good command of English

 

General experience

  • Preferably 15 years but a minimum of 10 years working experience
  • Minimum 2 experiences in IT sector as IT expert
  • Experience in an EU funded project will be an asset.

 

Specific experience

  • At least 2 years of professional experience relating to the development of computerized management information systems, document information system and IT security
  • At least 2 years of working experience on provision of database management and design/development of MIS/web based programming assistance to nation-wide SME support or representative organisations
  • Experience in Turkish SMEs will be an asset

  • Poverty: Poverty analysis/monitoring (including Millennium Development Goals and Poverty Reduction Strategies).
