Dimitra
ALEIFERI

Metallurgical Engineer, holder of a B.Sc. and a M.Sc. from the National Technical University. She has five years of professional experience in the planning, implementation and management of projects and programmes funded by the European Structural Funds. Furthermore, she has expertise in fields related to Labour, Culture and Human Resource Development as well as in the management and evaluation of EU projects and programmes in the CSF framework.

Holder of a PhD in Sociology from the Otto-Friedrich University of Bamberg-Germany, a M.Sc. in Social Politics and Social Management and a Bachelor Degree in Sociological Theory and Economics from the same University. He has worked as Human Resource Manager at a commercial company and he is a member at the editorial board of the sociological review “New Sociology”. He joined EEO in Sept. 2007 and he is involved in Structural Funds projects related to human resources development, VET and institution building. He has published two scientific books and many essays and articles in the field of Human Resources and new ICT.

Gerasimos
IOANNOU

Economist, with a Bachelor Degree in Economics and Regional Development and a Masters Degree in Regional Development. He has experience in projects and programmes funded by EU Structural Funds with an extensive experience in the design, drafting and evaluation of Operational Programmes (OPs). Furthermore, he has a large experience in fields related to Human Resources, Labour Market and Regional Development and in statistical analysis as he has worked as researcher in a number of National and European researches/studies.

Graduate from the Department of Administration of Health and Welfare Units and holder of a M.Sc. degree in the field of Administration of Health Units. She has eleven years of professional experience in projects co-financed from the EU structural Funds, especially in the drafting, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of continuing education and management of CSF projects. She is familiar with the ESF regulatory framework in Greece, through her experience in Operational and Regional Programmes.

Panagiota –
Pandora SERGI

Graduate from the Department of Sociology of Panteion University with a Masters Degree from the Department of Communications and Mass Media from University of Athens. She has seven years of professional experience in the field of management and evaluation of projects from the 3rd CSF specifically in human resources, labour market and employment, education, training and culture.

Dorina
STAMOU

Statistician, graduate from the Department of Statistics of the Athens University of Economics and Business with an MBA, specialised in Total Quality Management from the University of Piraeus. She has seven years of experience in fields related to the Public Administration Reform, Labour Markets and Human Resources. Her experience relates to the implementation of Technical Assistance projects and the evaluation of CSF Operational Programmes. She is also responsible for managing and implementing transnational cooperation projects (e.g. LEONARDO, SOCRATES, EQUAL etc). She is fluent in English, French and Spanish.

Ioanna
STATHOPOULOU

Economist – Statistician from the Statistics and Insurance Science Department of the University of Piraeus. She has eight years of professional experience in the consulting sector especially in the management and evaluation of projects and programmes co-financed by the EU Structural Funds. She has large experience in technical assistance to beneficiaries of the 3rd CSF as well as in the preparation of technical and economical studies and management of business plans in the framework of development law and CSF Regional Operational Programmes.

Alexis
SOUKAS

Graduate in Social Sciences from University of Crete with a Masters Degree in Business Administration with specialization in the Administration of Human Resources from University of Hertfordshire. He has professional experience in projects which are co-financed by the EU Structural Funds and an important educational/teaching experience. He speaks fluent English, Italian and Greek.
